Of course, I will not use it for complex professional editing but as a free Photoshop alternative for initial photo correction, it works perfectly well.
Photoshop for iPhone
After the release of update number February 25, Photoshop for iPhone became a very useful application for editing on a mobile device. In contrast to Photoshop Express, Photoshop for iPhone gives you more advanced features for editing but it has a comfortable touch interface for editing on my iPhone.
The free version of this application has standard tools that include Spot Healing Brush, Tap Select, selection, and blending. But if I want to work with professional tools like Content-Aware Fill, Clone Stamp, and Object Selection, I have to buy a subscription to use it. Photoshop for iPhone supports Adobe Creative Cloud, which means that I will be able to work with one project on my iPhone and then finish working on it on my PC.
This application includes some Photoshop features, PSD files, and access to Adobe Stock assets. Photoshop for iPhone became a very comfortable tool for me whenever I need high-quality editing of images everywhere and anytime.

In case I frequently work on my smartphone or iPad, Adobe Photoshop Express seems to be the easiest and free Photoshop tool I should use officially. There is no need to worry about the expiration of my trial period; it works in conjunction with Creative Cloud and possesses its own cloud storage, which is very convenient when I decide to edit pictures on other devices.
Though, I don't regard Photoshop Express as the complete Photoshop alternative; it doesn't provide the same comfortable retouching process.
