Incompatibility with high-res footage
A big problem for me, especially since I'm a YouTuber who makes travel videos, is that PowerDirector doesn’t support 4K footage. I often record my videos in 4K to get better visual quality. When I tried to edit these videos in PowerDirector for Mac, it didn't work properly.
Some functions are missing for me
Since PowerDirector doesn't have an image stabilization feature, I had some trouble smoothing out shaky footage. The result didn't turn out as smooth as I wanted.
Also, it took a lot of time to work with multiple clips as one file because I had to import and organize each clip separately. Besides, due to the lack of audio scrubbing, it was hard to edit the audio in my videos exactly how I wanted.
