The reason I would be using Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 is because Adobe Suite has all the tools that I might need in making and improving my hand-made digital greeting cards or even scrapbooks or invitations after finishing the production. Photoshop Elements 13 gives me the tools that I need.
As a scrapbooker, I like its filters and effects, which help me edit my client's albums easily in one hour.
In addition, the program’s version offers sharing options, so it is easy for me to share finished photos with customers. The application is a part of the Adobe family, so I can access other Adobe software if I need more advanced features.
