I work in a small marketing company as a graphic designer, and Adobe InDesign for Windows is my handy assistant whenever in different graphic creation tasks like designing flyers, brochures, posters, banners, business cards, and a lot of other assets.
I recommend buying InDesign because of such features as embedded audio, video, slide shows, and animations. InDesign streamlines the management of design objects and helps easily create impressive content in any format, including INDD, EPUB, PDF, and HTML.
It appeals to me that InDesign is fully compatible with Adobe InCopy CC, so I can work on layouts with editors and writers at the same time. To ensure design consistency, it provides access to text, colors, shapes, graphics, and other resources through Creative Cloud libraries to all team members.
