As a graphic designer for events, I've tried many design tools, software and apps, but Canva is my favorite and the most universal tool to use online with sooo many templates for anything related to design.
It helps me make eye-catching posters, social media graphics, and invitations that people love and it’s so super-fast. Canva has lots of options made just for event marketing, making it perfect for my job.
Compared to other similar tools Canva's collection of good pictures and templates makes this program special. They help me make great designs quickly. Also, I like using its teamwork features to work on designs with my coworkers and talk easily or even share some drafts with customers.

Customization
I downloaded Canva for free because it has lots of ready-made templates, making it fast to create event materials and look professional. I like that I can easily change designs to match each event's theme, and making custom templates also helps me save time for future projects.
Easy designing process
As a professional graphic designer, I think Canva is mega easy-to-use. I can simply browse through the library and find the right design for my projects without spending time creating it myself. Customizing is twice faster than creating from scratch. Even beginners would be able to make cool designs easily.
Collaboration and scheduling features
Canva lets me collaborate with clients or team members in real time, so we can all work on the project together. This functionality proved particularly valuable when creating designs for a large charity concert involving numerous participants. Another feature I like is social media scheduling, which I can use to plan posts for our events.
Different tools
Compared to Canva alternatives, the software has lots of different features that are useful for different design needs, which makes it a great choice for both business and personal use. I can easily change text and pictures in my designs using its editing tools. This flexibility helps me create outstanding designs and meet my client's wants.
Limited output formats
When I'm making designs that will need to be printed later, I find it annoying that Canva doesn't have many choices for saving files. Sometimes, I need to export a design as a vector file for a large high-resolution poster, but Canva can't do that. This problem makes it hard for me to make high-quality work for my clients.
Not enough features on mobile
Even though I can use Canva for free on my Samsung for on-the-go experiences, it just doesn't have all of the functions like my laptop or online version does. It doesn't feature all the tools I would need for a quick edit of something or sharing with someone. This becomes annoying and highly makes it difficult to work effectively when I am not at the office.
