Adobe FrameMaker is perfect for researchers of UX, like me, where such kind of software is required to work on technical documents, user guides, manuals, and other educational materials intended for designers and developers. In my case it helps to prepare documents for printing or online publishing in my blog.
The program also offers to convert files into mobile formats or just save them as PDFs. The download of the Adobe FrameMaker file once enhanced working with diversified formats without the need to use more software and pay more.
In most cases, I use tools that enable me to easily solve repetitive tasks; that's just good for my productivity in general. Moreover, it will be simple to work with developers since this user research software has a powerful layout engine and flexibility in creating HTML5 designs.

Responsive HTML5 designs
I like that this software enables me to create files with a responsive design in HTML5 format. Communicating with my team is easy, as we can quickly create UX documents with an adaptable design that can be viewed on different devices. The key advantage of this software is that it allows me to share technical documentation with my colleagues regardless of the devices they use. After installing the Adobe FrameMaker free download file, I was able to create responsive designs more quickly.
High-quality PDF files
Getting high-quality results in PDF format has been crucial for me as a researcher as I need to create informative user guides for my colleagues. Using this PDF editor, I create PDF files with consistent formatting and images. Due to this, I create engaging materials with attention-grabbing graphics.
Convenient organization tools
Structured authoring features allow me to create consistent designs and organize my technical documents. These tools help me create files with a transparent hierarchy. Finding a specific section is easy, which streamlines the process of searching for information. For example, I use the in-built search tools to find materials about using website heatmap software and narrow down search results by indicating that I am interested in documents with the result of user surveys.
Real-time collaboration
The ability to collaborate with my colleagues helped me improve my cooperation with my team members. I was able to edit my documents simultaneously with other people and see the results of their edits in real time. Using comments and chat, our UX research team can communicate efficiently and increase our productivity. Due to this, we do not need to use third-party online collaboration software.
Convoluted UI
The interface has many unnecessary features, which makes Adobe FrameMaker quite inconvenient to use. As the navigation system is so convoluted, it is difficult for me to view my files on my hi-res laptop. I spend a lot of time trying to create and edit technical documentation for developers and designers.
For example, when I was trying to change the format of a user manual to adapt it for mobile devices, I was not able to find the basic tools I needed. Due to some problems with the layout, I was not able to create a document design of high quality.
Difficult to master
The learning curve is so steep at times, hardly tolerable for a UX researcher like me who just started the path. I encountered a few problems when trying to learn how to master it because it was really not designed for the beginner level and surprisingly all tutorials were for experienced ones.
For example, I was working on the user guide for a fintech product and did not have the slightest idea about how to use structured authoring features or work with XML files. As the program was so complex, I spent much time figuring out how to use it for the purpose of creating and publishing technical documentation.
