Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for Mac
By Adobe Systems *FREE* ★★★★☆ (5/5) * Last updated on February, 2020
This is one of the best decisions I have ever made, especially in improving my daily workflow on my MacBook Air, by buying and downloading Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for Mac. There are perfect features to adjust text and images in PDFs while enjoying their super-minimalistic intuitive interface. Its Action Wizard enabled me to conveniently pick up the standardized settings in executing manual manipulation.
It supports macOS further, which is just terrific versatility. I can only tell all fellow designers and social media administrators who need to develop or edit PDFs as part of projects, then send them further—a very comfortable PDF organizer for use.

Convert PowerPoint files to PDF
It allows me to convert PDF documents into PowerPoint presentations, which has been quite a game-changer for my daily work. I often have to recycle presentation content from PDFs and later use it when creating presentations for our clients. Thankfully, the ability to convert them into PowerPoint files makes this process a lot easier. For example, I was able to convert a PDF product catalog into a PowerPoint presentation for a client pitch in minutes.
Advanced OCR technology
This application comes with advanced OCR technology that recognizes the text in scanned images as well as other types of documents. This has really been helpful when handling scanned documents or images that have to be converted to text for edits. An example would be me extracting text from a scanned logo in one of my recent branding projects using OCR technology.
Advanced editing features
Adobe Acrobat offers advanced features for editing text-based documents, enabling me to change attributes and modify the fonts and line spacing. I can also rearrange pages in Adobe Acrobat as I see fit. These editing features have proven to be essential for fine-tuning the layout and design of my PDF documents. To give an example, I recently used the advanced editing capabilities to draft a proposal for a client, changing the font style and spacing within the document to give it a more polished and professional appearance.
Cloud-based storage
As a user with an annual subscription, this feature made a world of difference for me. It helped me a lot with quickly accessing and sharing my PDF documents from anywhere with any device connected to the internet, which is especially useful for me when working from home. One example of this is when I accessed a client's contract that I had edited earlier, using the cloud-based storage provided by the software, while I was on the road attending one of the design conferences in town.
"Find" is missing in the toolbar field
You can get it only through a right-click. Quite uncomfortable when searching for some specific words or phrases in some document. As a designer, the function of finding and a reference for citation from a huge pile of documents is more important to me. Adobe Acrobat Xi Pro makes me look manually all over the document; it's time consuming and annoying.
Software doesn't save PDF files like Word documents
so, I have to convert them either online or install another additional program for that. I often need to share Word format documents with others, and if it is missing out on the same, then definitely it complicates the process of editing and sharing documents. However, if you want to download an Adobe Acrobat Pro XI for Mac and you are using Apple software only, that should not be a difficult thing to do.
