I work part-time and at the same time a student in a niche printing company, where I use primarily PhotoSuite 4 because of the numerous features it has, which allow me to finish my projects fast and work on many other job-related tasks. I like using its magnetic lasso tool that lets me make selections in complex objects and then apply a range of compositing techniques.

Additionally, the application supports the work with masks at a quite high level almost as good as Photoshop, enabling the user to easily create complex designs with smoothly mixed layers and details.

Also, this is a good automatic photo editor where I can make different effects with my pictures and all kinds of adjustments while maintaining maximum style consistency.

Tools for preparing materials for printing

The print preview feature of PhotoSuite 4 broadens the chances of seeing what my images and designs would appear to be. In this respect, I could save a lot of time and effort and, more importantly, correct the flaws before printing that is a total must-have.

For example, some changes needed to be made in wedding invitations and at a time when the deadline was very short; the credit of making this possible goes to this preview feature.

A variety of tools

PhotoSuite 4 stands out for its excellent toolset and enables me to improve photos and meet my clients’ requirements. I like its extensive choice of filters and frames that enable me to give my pictures a creative feel.

Regardless of the style that I want to recreate, I can select the most suitable option for achieving the desired result. It allows me to resize my pictures and adjust their dimensions with high accuracy. Due to this, I can select the most suitable features for working on my projects.

Advanced management tools

I like the fact that PhotoSuite 4 integrates with other web-based services, which enables me to quickly organize and share my pics. I can send them to my clients via email, upload them to websites, or share them with online communities.

Due to the variety of sharing options, I can work together with my colleagues on my projects and protect the privacy of my clients by using secure sharing options. Besides, I can share my photos on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. The sharing tools are perfect for promoting my projects and expanding my online presence.

Easy-to-navigate interface

PhotoSuite 4 has an intuitive interface, which makes it suitable for novice users. Using this best free photo organizing software, I can easily find any option I am interested in. Thanks to detailed tutorials and guidelines, even a beginner will quickly master this software and learn how to use its tools.

As I like to combine different filters and presets, I often test out different options to see which of them suits my needs. However, I do not need to use some advanced tools, which is why I hide them to make the interface even more streamlined.

Convoluted workflow

Even though PhotoSuite 4 has excellent capabilities, it is hardly suitable for specific tasks. Users might have to spend too much time trying to find specific tools. While I have extensive experience in editing, I was still unable to quickly find the features I needed to use.

The layout might be confusing for beginners as well. Due to this, it can be difficult to perform advanced tasks without wasting a lot of time.

Limited functionality

While someone can use PhotoSuite 4 for free, I was disappointed to find out that it lacks some professional tools that I need to use while working on my projects.

For instance, it truly has a great editing tool collection, but it is very troublesome to do work with this software in the case of managing layers or performing advanced color correction. Yes, I don’t edit portraits detailed but again having some blemishes removal features would be great.
