NetSpeedMonitor is an updated version of our previous favorite, Netscribe, which shows internet connection speed by displaying a progress bar. The biggest difference is that NetSpeedMonitor doesn't do anything with your internet connection at all, it just acts as a simple taskbar. And the best thing is that if you are running a server and want to monitor your server's speed, you won't even need to switch to another application. netspeedmonitor will monitor your server and alert you every five minutes about new data traffic.
