WhatCall management software does is help business to manage their calls based on certain criteria and even schedule them. Let us look at an example. If you run a landscaping business, what do you think will be the response if your customer decides to send a bunch of soil from their yard in order to have their trees planted? Do you think that your call center will cope with the influx of customers trying to place their orders and will be able to handle the huge volume of customer calls that will come in?

This particular type of software has a user interface where the user will be able to manually enter information into a form that will be stored on the software. The software will then process this information and determine the necessary action that needs to be taken for each customer that is placed on hold. This can include placing the customer on hold for whatever reason or simply redirecting them to someone else. Another feature that this software can offer is the ability to schedule future calls based on the type of information that was input into the software.
