The Clipboard Cache utility CLCL is an extremely small application for Microsoft Windows which will cache as many items on the Windows clipboard as you attempt to copy them from another application. The default maximum of how many items are shown is 30, however this number can be increased in the preferences so you are able to store more items into the CLCL cache. This cache will reduce the time taken to find and highlight an item when copying from another application. CLCL has a similar interface to the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) data visualization tools such as WPF viewer and Wpf inspector.
One of the best things about the CLCL software is that there is no limit on how many items you may store into the cache. You can also modify these settings by using the right-click menu for the software. This means you are able to choose how often the software checks for new data in your computer and, if necessary, you are also able to set a limit on the amount of times the information stored in your cache needs to be refreshed. As you can see, the CLCL software is really useful for making life easier for those who are regularly copying large files from one application to another.
