With Fonelab, you basically click and drag your mouse to the desired location where you'd like to recover your lost data, such as the desktop, or the "My Computer" list. You'll then see a list of all the files that are on your computer (not your Fonelab folder). Right-click on the files, and a new menu will appear, which will allow you to choose whether you want to recover individual files, or all of them. I selected all of them, and it recovered all of my various My Documents, Contacts, and Email folders. I'm not sure if it recovered my calendar data, but if I know where I last saved it, then I may be able to locate it with Fonelab.
Overall, with Fonelab, you basically let it run through your entire hard drive and recover everything that it needs to. I highly recommend this software if you're worried about lost data from your computer, whether it's personal or work-related. It isn't very hard to set up, and it will save you tons of time if you need to recover something in a hurry. The software takes seconds to run, so you can get back into using your computer immediately!
